How does delivery work?
A delivery fee will need to be charged for every delivery (if required) please email or call for a quote.
Generally, items that are kept in stock with our suppliers will take 3-7 business day delivery time frame.
Please ensure the correct delivery information has given. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that customer has provided.
If goods are required to be redelivered, you may be required to pay additional delivery fees.

Store Pickup
In store pickup is available from Monday to Friday between 10am to 3pm from our showroom in Bella Vista. Please contact us to make arrangement.
Order Processing
We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Pre-order items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
Custom products generally take up to 15 business day lead time. The time frames vary depending on each product.
