Delivery Information

How does delivery work?

  • A delivery fee will need to be charged for every delivery (if required) please email or call for a quote.
  • Generally, items that are kept in stock with our suppliers will take 3-7 business day delivery time frame.
  • Please ensure the correct delivery information has given. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that customer has provided.
  • If goods are required to be redelivered, you may be required to pay additional delivery fees.
  • It is very important that you inspect the goods and ensure the goods delivered match your order within 48 hours. Please contact us immediately for any damaged, missing, or incorrect goods on (02) 8883 5953 or email us at info@aurumbath.com.au

 
Store Pickup

  • In store pickup is available from Monday to Friday between 10am to 3pm from our showroom in Bella Vista. Please contact us to make arrangement.

 
Order Processing

  • We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Pre-order items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
  • Custom products generally take up to 15 business day lead time. The time frames vary depending on each product.

  • Changes cannot be made after order has been placed after 24 hours.
