Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
If you're unsure about a product before ordering, feel free to reach out. We're happy to help with sizing, colours, or any other details to make sure you’re confident in your purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery where possible, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Important: Do not install any product that appears to be damaged, as installation may affect our ability to assess and process your claim.
To lodge a claim, please provide:
- Clear photos or a short video clip showing the issue
- Your order number and contact details

Custom Orders (Non-Returnable)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following types of custom or special-order products:
- Made-to-order products
- Custom-made or custom-cut items
- Products specially ordered on request
Please ensure all specifications, including measurements, finishes, colours, and sizing are correct at the time of ordering.
Hygiene Products (Non-Returnable)
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival:
- Bidets
- Washlets
- Toilet seat covers
- Other hygiene-related products
By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and accept that they are strictly non-returnable or refundable for change-of-mind or incorrect purchase reasons.
Clearance & Display Stock

These items are sold as-is and may include visible wear or imperfections, which will be disclosed at the time of sale.
