Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery services are available upon request and will incur an additional fee, please contact us via email or phone.
- Items that are in stock with our suppliers typically take 3 to 7 business days to arrive at our showroom. This timeframe refers to delivery from the supplier to our showroom. Once your item arrives, we will contact you to arrange pickup or final delivery.
- Please ensure all delivery information is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- If a delivery attempt fails and redelivery is required, additional delivery fees may apply.
Store Pickup
- In-store pickup is available from Monday to Friday between 10am to 3pm at our warehouse in Bella Vista. Please contact us to make arrangement.
Inspecting Your Delivery
- It is essential to inspect all goods upon delivery and ensure they match your order.

- Do not install any product that appears to be damaged, as installation may affect our ability to assess and process your claim.
International Orders
- International Shipping: We do not normally ship internationally, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team at info@aurumbath.com.au or phone 02-8883 5953 to confirm stock availability, shipping options and estimated costs.
- Shipping Timeframes: International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided once shipping is confirmed.
- Customs Delays: Please note that customs processing may delay delivery beyond our estimated shipping times. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays.
- Import Duties & Taxes: For all international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.
- Failure to Pay Duties or Accept Delivery: If the customer refuses to pay import duties or fails to accept delivery for any reason, resulting in the package being returned to us, we will deduct the cost of return shipping, any non-refundable original shipping fees, and any customs-related charges from the original purchase price. The remaining balance will be refunded. In cases where the package is not returned or is destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery where possible, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Custom Orders (Non-Returnable)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following types of custom or special-order products:
- Made-to-order products
- Custom-made or custom-cut items
- Products specially ordered on request
Please ensure all specifications, including measurements, finishes, colours, and sizing are correct at the time of ordering.
Hygiene Products (Non-Returnable)
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival:
